New puppy mill, in Stanwood, Snohomish County, Washington. Raided by Vicki Lubrin, who did not remove the 82 dogs even though they are in violation of too many dogs for a kennel, and that is IF they would have had a kennel license in the first place!! This is getting to be too much, and they (the authorities) need to do something!! i have bin to this woman's home and think that she has a very clean and healthy environment for her pups and always has..who ever made these faults claims should be charged for slander. it just goes to show how stupid some people are. ps the person who has made this outrageous claim i hope u have no authority or decision making of any kind. cuz u are so very wrong.
